The unison or these two wonderful chefs takes place at exactly the right time, when there is a deep feeling that it is almost a duty, to build a new Restaurant, one that is a reference point for the city of Rome and for its International visitors. The location chosen within the DOM Hotel, a splendid 17th seventeenth century building with sophistication, in an environment that represents the perfect integration of hospitality and one which is always soft and informal.
The kitchen philosophy of the chefs is to express the connection of presenting and blending local products and of keeping the great integration of their flavours. It is an essential and rigorous cuisine, without smudges, it is one where each and every ingredient is recognizable for its own particular flavour in both the savoury dishes and the scrumptuous desserts.
The name Verve is a term which recognizes itself in the same meaning but in several synonyms meaning, vivacity, enthusiasm, brilliance, all terms that sum it all up and form the desire to build a place that is full of joy and good things.
